Here is one of the more character filled Telegrafos I've handled. The strong orange amber really glows and there is a great factory over pour around 1/5, or so, of the outer skirt along with a small over pour on the inner skirt. Two drips are open bubbles.

Damage is minimal, consisting of 1/2 chipped drip point, and two Tony shallow flakes off the inner skirt. No outer blemishes to speak of.
