Great looking old telegraph piece. Bold and larger embossing than average. There's a J on the rear skirt. Very minor issues consisting of a half inch base flake, a tiny open bubble or chip nearby that leads to a paper thin flake about half the size of a dime at the base in the rear. Some micro nibbling on the sharp inner base rim.
