Back in one of the early Millholland insulator guides was a photo of a "Who's It, What's It". Well, I can remember finding this one back in 1974. Stopped at an antique shop/ outdoor sign company in Shenandoah, Iowa just packed with all kinds of neat items. Saw this in a box and just had to have it. A neat insulator used in neon sign applications. Something simple. You don't see many of them these days. But, a keepsake anyway.
