I've been fairly lucky visiting different flea markets over the last couple of weeks. Here are some finds. In back is a mint 7-Up Green water bottle embossed HEMINGRAY on the base. On the left is a CD 145 CREB (SN 06a) next to a CD 127 (SN7, otherwise unreadable embossing). In the middle is a CD 102 SKEB with a cool curlicue straw line and a lone ghost embossed B on the dome. Behind that is a CD 145 SKEB loaded with junk and snow and amber and stuff, and if there ever was such a color as Septic Enchilada, I'd put this up for the standard. On the right is a deep Yellow Green CD 104 NET&T with a backward 5 on the dome and minor flakes. But the real treasure is a virtually complete Holmes tree bracket insulator with a sooty CD 160 in Hemingray Blue that has a few drips chipped and a small flake off the wire ridge. The only real damage is the lag screw portion of the upper bracket which has snapped off. The lower bracket is intact with a wooden cob and porcelain two-part spool that shows a wire rub inside the bottom half. Inquiries welcome. |
