This is a CD 162 EIN [010] (F-Skirt) [Star] SB in a dark Yellow Olive Green with lots of heavy Amber swirls making it look almost two-tone. The best Star signal I've ever seen. It's close to minty with only an open bubble on the upper wire ridge in the rear and some nibbling at the sharp base edge and start of the threads.
