Recently picked up this little gem. It was found in a flea market in Tel Aviv, Israel. Bob Berry and I believe we have correctly identified it as a CD 603.1 and it is likely of European origin. Perhaps a glass maker in Europe imported these into the region at some point? There may be one other known example in blackglass. This dark green beauty is very crude with a big lean toward one side and is in mint condition. If anyone has any other information on this piece please let me know. Thanks, Mike
