As a collector of Beehives, I subscribe to a broad definition of the term. I consider many CDs in addition to the basic CD 145 to qualify as "hives." Here is a picture showing some of the vastly different shapes to be found within what I consider the HIVE category. All of these are essentially aqua-colored, yet what a varied display they make!
