Mike Doyle & Dave Brown initially made this mold and pressed the green and amber versions without threads - These were marked on the base B D 2006. This mold was later reworked by Bob Alexander and Eric Johnson with reverse threads and McLAUGHLIN on the front, B&E / REPRO / No. 2 / REPRO_INS@YAHOO.COM. Actual postage additional:
