Up for sale is a great-looking pair of Canadian ponies with some strange QC issues.

At left: a Diamond in the [040] EIN with vertical bars and diamonds on both skirts. This example is the typical light aqua, but has some bizarre bubbles protruding from the threads at the top of the pinhole on the front (or rear) crown. A great character piece, and VNM to boot, with the only damage I can see being a deep wire groove rub on the front and an open bubble on the rear base with some minor flaking along its edge.

At right: A B.T.Co. of CAN. in the [070] EIN in a typical light aqua colour. This example is a little tired from years of service, and leans badly to one side. There are a few large lehr kisses on the crown of this example, at noon, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. Perhaps this one was pushed up against some of its brethren while in the annealing oven. The lehr kiss on the front extends into the lower wire ridge. No damage that I can see on this one, apart from the lehr kisses, but I'll call it VNM (worse if you hate lehr kisses).

Now asking $25 USD each plus shipping for these two, or $40 USD plus shipping for the pair. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items.
