While it is too late to share it with Ted, I thought it worth pointing out this guy is not using any safety equipment of any sort.

Lee Southern adds, 'I found out that Gallagher was actually the inventor of the electric fence and is still in business today, in fact they are celebrating their 80th anniversary this year. They are based in New Zealand but have locations across the globe.'
