I found this attached to an old fence, close to home here in Canada. The embossing reads "Gallagher" / "6675".

Gallagher was actually the inventor of the electric fence and is still in business today, in fact they celebrated their 80th anniversary in 2018. They are based in New Zealand but have locations across the globe.
