I didn't see it at first but with the help of Elton Gish and Brent Burger I was able to find out exactly what this was. Here are some side by side shots of U-433A and the bottom skirt. The only difference is the U-433A has segmented threads. Every thing else matches up and makes sense. Thanks again Elton and Brent for figuring this out.
