Mint CD 125 PAT APL FOR in beautiful Brooke's Blue CD 125. It does have a small potstone burst on the back side (shown in this pic), but it came from the factory that way so I'd still call it mint. No other defects that I can see. Lots of small bubbles and an amber streak-- nice old character piece in great shape and a pretty blue color.
