In the past a photo like this would have had specks of aqua glass visible. The flooding washed most out of the rocks and deposited it in the mud flats. The silt and debris has hidden most of it. Any trash that would float is strewn up the entire bank. You could only walk on rocks or debris. To the far right of the photo beyond that big log was the mud flat where you would sink above your ankles. This was one of the few areas where there were rocks to walk on. This is just below where the Hemingray factory stood. A Marriott hotel is there now.
