I happened to be shopping for a specific item when I went into an antiques mall that I hadn't visited for a while. The owner knows me as "The Insulator Guy," and when he saw me he pulled this out, said he just acquired it, and asked me if it was real carnival. I assured him that it is; I told him the book value; and I offered something lower than that. Not only did he sell it to me, he gave it to me for five bucks less than I offered. Cool!

The specific embossing is EIN [020] (F-Skirt) 0_4. 1 A / HEMINGRAY (R-Skirt) W.U.T.CO. / TS_2 {Inside of skirt is threaded and fitted with a copper liner} RDP. It's mint, by the way. Inquiries welcome.
