From my collection, here's a JEFFREY MINE INSULATOR in AQUA. Only some missing drips on the top and a very small ding on the rear lower ridge are it for flaws. Some bubbles in the base also adorn this nice piece. I think there may be a blot out on the lower embossing, but it's very hard to tell. The embossing is fairly crisp with just the top ends of the words somewhat faint.
