I was going to call this one dead mint, but careful inspection shows two drips have clean slices off the side and there is a minor scuff on the wire ridge. But who cares ? Look at that color ! On the character side, three drips are malformed with bubbles, and it has scattered seed bubbles that sparkle in the sun.

Puget Sound Traction and Light bought a lot of Lynchburg signals for their distro lines around Seattle. A lot of the 38's were found in Snohomish and Skagit Counties. Most were aqua, but the occasional gingerale or green one was found.
