Here is a very scarce hoopskirt I got years ago in a collection purchase. It is very clean with a few nice bubbles, but has a repaired chip in the upper wire groove as seen in the photo. It was picked by a certain retired lineman in the 1970's in California. Buyer gets all the details with purchase. $100 plus postage with near bulletproof packing.
