These are very rare parts to the Nicholson arcing ring system used on the M-3890 and M-4338 three part insulators. I have seen photos of how they install near the crown and wire tie. I don't have any of the lower parts to complete the project but someone might be interested in these hard to get or find parts. I'm asking $10 plus shipping
