It's not the same Sapphire as a NEGMCO or an HGCO, but I believe this is the Brookfield version, which is a new addition to the latest Price Guide under EIN [020] (Dome) [backwards] 15 (F-Skirt) B (R-Skirt) B SB. The rear B is nearly unreadable, and there is a single peck at the base of the rear skirt. The glass is crude and wrinkly, and a couple of bubbles add a bit more character. Asking well below book at $65 plus postage.
