To my knowledge, the CD 152 Hemingray No. 40's were only produced with the dome shop numbers shown in this photograph: 4, 5, 7, 8. Perhaps the missing shop numbers produced other CD's or items other than insulators.

I have seen these 4's and 5's in nice shades of green [id=300946704] and aqua but 7's and 8's only in aqua.

Regarding CD 154 Hemingray-42's, I have only seen dome shop number '1' or just a straight bar and only in aqua or Hemingray blue.
