I just purchased this sign. They told me it came from a PG&E office in Hayward, California. Between C and D Street and by Watkins and Atherton Street. She remembers walking past the sign with her mom on the way to pay their electric bill.

The sign is four and a half feet long and the circle is twelve inches in diameter. There were two of them, the second one is more damaged.
