Here we have a two-part M-2210 made by our friends at the Lapp Insulator Co. It has the LI logo incuse marking which is faint and blurry and used between 1919 and 1927. The only faults on this one are several shallow glaze chips or underpours on the base of the three skirts, visible in the second photo. None of these are visible when the insulator is on display. For those who like to know the provenance of their insulators, this one came off a Northern States Power line on the south side of Larpenteur Ave. which is the northern border of St Paul, Minn. Price is $30 plus shipping. This one weighs just under five pounds. NOW $25.00 AND i WILL PAY HALF THE SHIPPING. |
