Here's what looks like a steel step with two metal lag screws. I have 3 of these that were spaced about 3 feet apart on a utility pole and were horizontally installed possibly to act as steps? The base plate shows some wear from use but can be hammered back if desired. These are available to the first email for $3 each plus postage. Thanks
