As many of you may know, Jack Snyder has been patiently waiting to examine the spoils of a ditch clean out operation that had previously yielded some interesting evidence of the historic nature of this Michigan (and Ohio to a lesser extent) RR.

Well, I believe I saved him some time today by walking the area. There was little to be found. All the suspected insulator shards were ho-hum remnants of common junk.

Here is one piece I decided to keep. A common reflector marble. Approximately 3/4" diameter. A few bubbles and some crude folds in the glass.
