A word to the wise: Don't post any utility ROW finds on public sites, better yet, don't bother gathering up stuff in the wild anymore. I'm in dutch with the company that owns this line just for gathering up a pair of dampers off that retired pole, and which were identical to those used on lines in another town this company serves, and which I remember looking at as a kid. They did begrudge me this 'find' and others I've made over the years, but now, frankly, the "shine" of those finds is forever gone.
