Just back from Delaware and West Virginia trip to see kids and grand kids. While out and about, came upon this dry process U-94 threaded spool / mine insulator in Marietta, OH. Have seen these before with the O.B. markings plus the Square D mark on bottom. Have not seen this embossing before. In the top recess is embossed: ( from what I can make out) CIN 11 5 ? The CIN is the strongest part of the embossing, the other part is weak. Tried foil rubbing, but still could not make it out. Nice glaze. Only distraction is a small bruise on the upper edge.
