This one of the first insulators that I picked up. In the fall of 2001 I took a walk along an abandoned rail line in Nova Scotia, Canada looking for glass. I was slogging through a swampy area and caught a glimpse of the base sticking out of the bog. I must have looked at that 2" of base for about 5 minutes before I had the nerve to pull it out. You can imagine how I felt as I held a completely intact glowing green insulator. It still is my nicest find. But here's hoping.
