I got this in a box of insulators I bought about a month ago and finally am getting around to trying to identify it. No embossing, and in rough shape - about a third of the base chipped, a fracture inside the pinhole from top to bottom, and a chip and bruise on the upper wire guide edge, with about 90% of the surface scuffed.

The closest profile I could find was the 134.4. The Guide says a 134.4 has American Insulator Co. Style threads, but I don't know what they look like. Could someone describe them to me?

Let me know if you think this is a 134.4 or something else.
