No explanation needed

This is the first sign of this kind I have seen that doesn't have the word Elektrika or Danger boldly placed in between the skull and crossbones and the fist with lightning bolts. They were made to warn non English speaking immigrants working in mills and factories to keep away from getting electrocuted. I'm guessing this sign might be an early version of these signs or maybe they figured the pictures would be enough to get the point across without using words? It was made by the ready made sign co in NY.
