These are EIN [010] STAR.

The price guide lists many colors, but most of them seem to be made by Novelty or Elmer Glass Company. The Brookfield-made pieces tend to be dark aqua with a small, point down STAR. Note that that's not always true, though. The key indicator to look for appears to be the type of the inner skirt. A flat base to the skirt indicates Novelty / Elmer production, whereas a rolled-over outer side to a mold line on the inner side (sort of like an RB, just on the IS) indicates Brookfield production. Again, there are some minor exceptions to that.
