I found these at several flea markets and junk/antique stores this weekend. From left we have an aqua CD 149 No Embossing with a crooked wire groove; CD 102 B in green; CD 112 Star with a rock star (crack); side tab LRI; frost-popped CD 104 NET&T in deep green (that's the new penholder on my desk); vnm+ CD 104 NET&T same color; and CD 145 POSTAL in an unlisted rich blue. I don't think this is a California Glass Co. piece. I'm guessing Brookfield made it. I'll post better pics after it's cleaned up. Comments/inquiries welcome.
