This photo shows a variety of Hemingray No.11 profiles (CD 114) with a group of straight-side California kegs commonly known in PG's since Milholland's days as CD 112. It would be my argument that the exterior profile of the CD 114 is what sets in apart from the CD 112, the most obvious difference being the straight sides of the CD 114 that both of these insulators share.
