Here is a CD 297 EIN [090] (F-Skirt) ['FRED M.' blotted out] LOCKE VICTOR N.Y./[Blotted out embossing] (R-Skirt) No 16/[Blotted out embossing] {MLOB} RB in Dark Yellow Green with olive undertones. There is a small impact chip to the top edge of the dome and a white scratch in the saddle groove. Two or three tiny pecks round out the outside damage. Inside, there is some flaking along the sharp inside edge of the outer skirt and a two-inch section of chipping on the middle skirt at the mold line. It displays very well, and there is also a steam trail in the inner skirts that shows with base lighting. It's listed in the latest Price Guide at $200-$250.
