This CD 199 Prism in blue has typical chipping around the upper umbrella skirt, otherwise no damage: base is mint, top is mint. See 2nd, 3rd pics for side views which shows the damage.

These usually are chipped up in the same sort of way, don't know why-- the conjecture is the gorilla who wrecked out the line most of these came from pried the wires off, levering against the glass-- or something like that. My pretty green one is similarly damaged. There are way more damaged ones that clean ones, and I never did find a nice VNM one for myself.
