We went back to Windsor, Canada yesterday to see if we could get this insulator off it's perch. It took about 45 minutes to free it from the "super glue" creosote cement inside the pin. We were real worried that we might break the inner petticoat from all the slamming we had to do to free it up. We spotted this a few weeks back and checked it out with our binoculars. There were two things we knew for sure. One, that there was an underpour and two, there was no embossing. There is a MLOD and she's a real sweet one!
