I believe this is an Ohio Brass porcelain. It measures about 9" tall and 6.75" across. The mark is the "B" in a broken circle. To the left of the circle is the number "4" and to the right is the number '9". No cracks or chips. Needs a little cleaning, and a little what looks like white paint scraped off one edge. Buyer pays shipping. I'm unsure of value of porcelains so I'll take the best offer over $5.
