Here is a CD 162 N.E.G.M. CO. with the error EIN [020] (F-Skirt) N.E.C.M.CO. {Note "C" instead of "G"} SB. Color is green aqua with light fizz and bits of white fire brick and one black stone. A short bruise on the wire ridge in front and an open bubble on the bottom of the inner skirt is all the damage I can see. The inner skirt is deformed and the smooth base has an unusual matte finish.
