Two collectors I know from ICON and Enfield found me at the flea market where found all this yesterday. I don't know if they found anything or not. I didn't do very well myself when it came to glass. The purple WT displays mint from the front but has a problem on the upper wire groove on the rear side. With that said I just can't pass up nice color when price is cheap. I of course grabbed all three of the white no name Locke U-207's this one vendor had knowing they are tough to find. From the same fellow I also purchased all the other mud except for the cable top. Didn't have them in the porcelain collection either. The white pony is a U-47 but is the Canada version. The brown on the right is a Square D Co Peru, Ind U-317. I will be releasing two of the white U-207's being I don't need three. If interested let me know. I also may be able to let go of the Fletcher metal brackets. Did you notice one was designed to hold a wooden cob. Bet you can't in this pic but you will in my next. Anyway, it is the first of its type I've seen. (This pic is before I cleaned everything this morning. I'm adding another pic of my cleaning job soon as I'm done loading here.) |
