Okay, I have gotten most of the baked on dirt, soot and grime off my bucket find CD 738. What I thought was milk swirls was just another layer of some type of mineral deposit. Probably where rain water evaporated out of the bucket a number of times. Acid took off the mineral deposits. I cannot find any embossing. It is a blue teal with lots of seed bubbles. It's not mint and does have some damage, but hey, the price was right. I will have to have a talk with my tumbling buddy now to see if there is anything he can do to clean it further.
