Here is a CD 296 EIN [010] (F-Skirt) No 20 {MLOB} RB in dark tealy aqua with an olive veil curling from one ear down over the pinhole through the upper skirt and ending into the base of the middle skirt. The condition is excellent with only a couple of tiny tics visible at the very top of the ears, and each skirt has one or two small nibbles. It'll be difficult to upgrade. Also, the inner skirt extends well beyond the outer skirt, which is not depicted in the latest Price Guide. (Note—that's a bubble under No. 20 in front, not a chip.)
