Below is the Shorpy link Pat Barkwell posted on the Digest of the Pallenville Hotel in the Catskills. In that pic you see the old front side before. I can tell being the stream which is still popular for its swimming holes is visible. You have to walk behind the same building shown in my present day pic to get access to the stream. Don't know exactly when the name was changed but most people my age or some older refer to it as the Pine Grove House.
