This pylon belongs to an old MV line near l'Aquila, once working at 30 kV and then downgraded to 20 kV.
It's curious to see that a big HV insulator was used here, probably recycled from a dismantled 50 kV line. It may be an Isorex mod. 955, if compared to a similar insulator in my friend's collection.
All the other pintype insulators are made by MIVA, probably also the suspensions.
