CD 164 H.G.CO. – Aqua with Amber Wisps Sold

Here is a CD 164 embossed (F-Skirt) H.G.CO./PATENT MAY 2 1893 (R-Skirt) PETTICOAT SDP. I don't know if this is EIN [030] or [040] as I don't know how to tell a "Smooth base mold" when it's got drip points. I do believe this is "transition style embossing" however. The color is aqua with noticeable amber wisps in the skirt and upper wire ridge. A bruise behind the date takes out half a drip, and a peck inside the rear skirt gets two more. The rest is great. A neat straw mark on the right crown and bubble in the rear dome add a little character. Asking $5 plus postage.
