Here is an unusual porcelain Hi-Top with a fog type base. This piece is attributed to Taiwan and has been assigned U-2821A. It is 5 1/2" tall and 4" wide. It is in excellent condition and has an Inkstamp marking as shown over 54. $35 plus actual postage.
