Some of you that know me must be wondering If I'm still on top of the dirt. I'm happy to report that I am. I haven't been doing as much insulator hunting as I used to, but I still like to get out once or twice in the spring. This year I have exceeded that, as today was my 4th time out, and I may get out once or twice more before the foliage gets too thick or the weather too hot and other activities get too demanding on my time.

Anyway, last week I discovered a pole site previously unknown to me and found the entire dome in 2 pieces, plus 2 skirt shards of a 740.7. I've found numerous bits and pieces of these, but this is the closest I've come to finding a whole one. So, I had to go back to see if I could find more, and today was the day...
