I had a couple of hours to kill before Mother's Day dinner, so did a little digging around behind the Victor plant. Turned up this unmarked U-438A-ish style with a filed top rest. See porcelain insulators for comparison to a similar Lima style. I was informed by Elton that this is a U-438B. Thanks Elton!
