Here are two very nice U-1604 insulators from Italy. This is the largest size of the family (called 1/Um) measuring 4 1/2" or 115mm high. Actual postage additional:

Nice medium red stripe in very nice shape -- $75

Great deep red stripe but has some chipping around the upper wire groove -- $45
