The Yankee Pole Cat Insulator Club held its Annual Spring Insulator, Bottle, and Tabletop Collectibles Show and Sale today, Sunday, April 3, 2016 at the American Legion Hall in Enfield, CT. This is a composite photo of the show hall. The weather was a challenge to overcome in order to get there, and the two scratches on my left rear fender from the center median guardrail that I just barely touched while avoiding the car in front during one of the several "white-outs" on the trip will serve to remind me that just because I'm from Maine doesn't mean that I'm immune to the traction-robbing properties of wind, snow, and slush. 8^P But I made it there safely and had a great time anyway. There were a few folks who didn't make it out, but many did, and after the sun came out it seemed that there were quite a few walk-ins. There was certainly a large amount of great glass and porcelain for the insulator collectors as well as a few other tables full of non-insulator collectibles!
