This is a neat Blue Canadian Pacific slug plate that has a milky waterfall from the top of the dome to the bottom of the skirt. There are what look like little white cotton balls falling down the waterfalls as well, kinda neat. This all happens at the right mold line side and curves down to the front at the base. Other than a couple wire rubs it looks Mint and never need upgrading. Look at pic 2 for a closer look at the waterfalls.
